  • Bedroom Doors (3’0″ x 7’0″) – 7 feet height with good quality teak wood frame. Shutter is 44mm thick, finished on both sides with Malaysian teak wood, with grooves and designer hardware of Godrej or equivalent brand.
  • Toilet Doors (2’6″ x 7’0″) – 7 feet height; both frame and door are made of good quality WPC material.
  • UPVC French sliding doors, UPVC windows, and UPVC ventilators with pin-headed glass (with exhaust fan provision) will be from Venesta or equivalent brand.
